What I liked (experience)
The length of video was well designed as it was not too short and not too long so that I could easily pay full attention. And after watching video, I could easily answer every quiz. I liked the retaking of the quiz feature, which allows me enabling self-feedback. I’m not sure if all information of the content was from books and journals or created by your company, but I found that the information is accountable as there were referenced book at the end of each chapter. Lastly, I loved that I was easily able to link the certification of the program to LinkedIn.
Takeaways
I was very satisfied with the teaching and course content. It was impressive, informative and very relevant for our times. I learnt practical things that I am able to take into my own practice especially regarding time management. I adapted these factors; how to upgrade decisions and how to use Pareto principle, and bring up my decisions between good, better and best possible outcomes. Additionally, it provoked my thinking in so many ways and informed me of aspects I had no idea before, such as balancing between Winning Inner Victory and Winning Outer Victory and TWEAK system.
It delivers solid insights on how to become more productive both in our professional and personal lives. Consequently, I hope this training can be introduced to university to positively impact their students as well, not only to companies.
